So believe it or not I've never used a crock pot before in my life. Truthfully, I have bad memories of crock pot food. I think of fatty, flavorless briskets with mushy carrots and fighting over the potatoes cause there were never enough for a family of 5. Fast forward to my life and I have succumb to the ease of one pot dishes. So today I'm going to try and make pulled pork sandwiches by way of crock pot. I'll post pics later.

Good luck with the crock pot...not a huge fan myself, but if your dish is successful, it might inspire me. Miss y'all!
