Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Here is the result from my crock pot experiment. I can't believe I've never done this before. It was shockingly easy and the results were so yummy. I even thought about challenging my grillin' gourmet brother with this one! Throwdown? I'll try to post the picks of the sandwich assembled later. Hope this makes your tummy rumble!

Crock Pot

So believe it or not I've never used a crock pot before in my life. Truthfully, I have bad memories of crock pot food. I think of fatty, flavorless briskets with mushy carrots and fighting over the potatoes cause there were never enough for a family of 5. Fast forward to my life and I have succumb to the ease of one pot dishes. So today I'm going to try and make pulled pork sandwiches by way of crock pot. I'll post pics later.
